Terms of service

This site is operated by Foil & Fire, a d/b/a of Dragons Hoard Ventures LLC, located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Products & Availability

Inventory is updated as accurately as possible, but occasional sync delays may result in a listing being sold after another buyer has placed the same order. In that event we will contact you within 1 business day and issue a full refund for the affected item.

2. Pricing & Errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, images, and product information are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Card Condition & Grading

Every single is graded by hand to the industry-standard scale. Ungraded and unlisted defects (light print lines, minor edge wear on Near Mint, etc.) fall within accepted tolerances for each grade. See our Return & Refund Policy for the misgrade exception.

4. Preorders

Preorder release dates are estimates provided by the publisher and may shift. See our Return & Refund Policy for preorder cancellations.

5. Order Limits & Cancellation

We reserve the right to limit quantities per household, cancel orders that appear to be for resale on major marketplaces, or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

6. Payment & Fraud

Orders flagged as high-risk by Shopify's fraud analysis may be cancelled or held for verification. We may request ID matching the billing address on high-value orders.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us at admin@dragonshoard.gg before filing a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and being reported to industry-shared fraud databases.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, character names, artwork, and set names remain the property of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Ravensburger, Bandai, etc.). Foil & Fire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foil & Fire's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies.
