Shipping Policy

All orders ship from York, Pennsylvania.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. High-volume periods (new set releases, preorder waves) may add 1–2 business days — we'll update the announcement bar when that's the case.

Shipping Options — United States

  • Plain White Envelope (PWE): $1–$2. Available on qualifying single-card orders under $20. No tracking. Ships at buyer's risk (see Refund Policy).
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Tracked, 3–5 business days. Includes $100 of built-in coverage.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Tracked, 2–3 business days. Includes $100 of built-in coverage.
  • Signature Confirmation: Automatically added to orders over $250.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. Contact us with the items you'd like and your delivery address for a quote. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is generated. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please contact us so we can look into it.

Packaging

Every card ships in the following protection:

  • Card is sleeved (penny sleeve or perfect fit)
  • Placed in a hard toploader or semi-rigid (BCW, Card Saver)
  • Sealed inside a team bag or with painter's tape
  • Sandwiched between cardboard for PWE, or in a bubble mailer for tracked orders
  • Signature-required orders ship in a small box with additional padding

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot reroute or update the address — you'll need to contact the carrier directly.
